Backup Customer data
Before handing your device for service, make sure you back up your files to avoid any possible data loss
A - Go to settings
B - Choose your name
C - Choose iCloud
D - iCloud backup
E - Turn On iCloud Backup
F - To Perform a manual backup, tap Back Up Now
Turn off find my device
Before you hand your device for service you have to follow the next steps to turn off the Find My function
A - Go To Settings
B - Choose Your Name
C - Choose Find My
D - Turn off Find My iPhone (enter your account password to confirm)
Sign Out of Apple ID
Before you hand your device for service you have to follow the next steps to sign out from your Apple ID
A - Go To Settings
B - Choose Your Name
C - Scroll all the way down and then choose Sign Out, enter your password and choose if you want to keep any copies of your data still be saved on the iPhone then tap sign out
Format Device
Formatting your iDevice has never been easier just follow the steps below
A - Go To Settings
B - Go to General
C - Choose Transfer or Reset iPhone
D - Choose Erase All Content and Settings
E - Follow the on screen instructions
