Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

• Submitting a pre-order request represents the customer’s interest in purchasing the product and does not constitute final confirmation of product availability.
• The customer will be notified when the device becomes available, based on pre-order priority and available quantities.
• Each customer is entitled to reserve and receive one device only.
• The customer will receive a verification code once the device becomes available. This code must be presented upon collection.
• The customer must present a valid official identification document matching the information provided in the pre-order request.
• The pre-order is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
• The device must be collected within a maximum of 24 hours from the time the availability notification is sent. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to cancel the pre-order and make the device available to another customer.
• A pre-order does not guarantee a specific product arrival date, as availability depends on the quantities received.
• The final price will be based on the company’s officially approved and announced price at the time of purchase.
• The device will be unboxed and activated at the sales center upon collection, in accordance with the company’s approved procedures.
• The company reserves the right to cancel duplicate pre-orders or any pre-order containing incorrect information.
